What are Westminster Management’s hours of operations?

We are open Monday – Thursday 9AM – 8PM, Friday from 9AM – 6PM, and Saturday – Sunday 10AM – 4PM.

I have a maintenance issue in my apartment. Who should I call for repairs?

Please visit the Resident Portal and submit a request, or use the mobile Resident App.

I have an emergency. What should I do?

In case of fire or theft, please call 911 immediately. If you have a management emergency, please call the WM City Living office at 212-553-2224. If you have a need after hours, please call your superintendent and leave a voicemail at the office.

My lease is going to expire. What is the process for vacating the apartment?

Please contact the WM City Living office at 212-553-2224 to set up a move-out inspection and learn about our move-out requirements.

When and where should I send my monthly rent payments?

Please make rent checks payable to your building entity. Mail the checks to P.O box 1297 NY, NY 10009.

How do I pay my rent online?

Please visit the Resident Portal and create an account.

When is my rent due?

Rent is due on the first of each month.

How do I get an extra set of apartment keys?

Please call the WM City Living office at 212-553-2224 to request an additional set of keys.
